Nous recherchons un/e Infirmièr/e Service Santé au travail (interne à l'entreprise) qui est organisée, fiable, empathique et proactif/ve pour nous rejoindre dans notre équipe des Services de Santé, basé sur notre campus de Braine-l'Alleud, Belgique.

À propos du rôle

En tant Infirmièr/e Service Santé, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le Médecin du Travail et les infirmiers seniors pour assurer la santé et la sécurité de nos employés sur trois sites : Braine-l'Alleud, Anderlecht et Leuven. Vous organiserez et suivrez les examens de surveillance de santé, réaliserez des visites de prévention de première ligne et administrerez les premiers soins aux victimes de malaises et d'accidents du travail.

Avec qui vous allez travailler

Vous ferez partie d'une équipe dynamique des Services de Santé, en collaboration avec le Médecin du Travail et les infirmiers seniors. Ensemble, vous veillerez au bien-être de nos employés, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les RH, le Service Interne de Prévention et de Protection, et d'autres intervenants.

Ce que vous allez faire

• Vous organisez et suivez les examens de surveillance de santé.

• Vous réalisez des visites de prévention de première ligne et administrez les premiers soins.

• Vous gérez le suivi administratif des accidents du travail.

• Vous offrez un soutien et des conseils aux employés pour des problèmes sociaux ou liés au travail.

• Vous participez au programme de retour au travail.

• Vous participez aux visites des lieux de travail et aux analyses de risques.

• Vous gérez les fournitures et équipements médicaux.

Intéressé ? Pour ce rôle, nous recherchons la formation, l'expérience et les compétences suivantes

• Diplôme d'infirmier avec expérience en premiers soins (secteur hospitalier, aide médicale urgente).

• Formation complémentaire en santé communautaire ou santé au travail est un plus.

• Maîtrise de la Suite Office et gestion de bases de données.

• Excellente connaissance du français et de l'anglais ; le néerlandais est un plus.

• Compétences organisationnelles et administratives solides.

• Empathie, précision et proactivité.
